The Lobster Linguini

Description:

Our signature linguini pasta cooked with lobster, tomatoes and seasonal vegetables.

Ingredients:

Linguini Pasta, Lobster Meat, Lobster stock (Lobster Head, Star Anise, Plum Tomato, Olive Oil, Shallot, Tomato Paste, Garlic, Celery, Carrot, red Capsicum, Thyme, Pepper), Datterino Tomato, Parsley, Chili Flakes, Basil, Asparagus.

Lobster Stock marinated then cooked with the linguini.

Description:

Our fresh ligurian trofie cooked with homemade pesto sauce.

Homemade Lasagna

Description:

Our signature lasagna layered with veal, beef and homemade bechamel sauce topped with grated parmesan.

Ingredients:

Lasagna Pasta Sheets, Bolognese (Veal, Beef, Tomato Sauce), Parmesan, Bechamel Sauce.
