Ingredients:

250g Black Angus Tenderloin (Prime Grade/Omaha USA Farm), Bearnaise Sauce (Egg Yolk, Butter, Taragon, White Vinegar, Bay Leaves, Black Pepper, Shallots). Mixed spices on top of the tenderloin.

Egg, Dairy, Sulphites (vinegar for the bernaise)

The Smashed Cheeseburger

Description:

A cheesy beefburger served with homemade French fries.

Ingredients:

160GR PATTY, 30 DAYS DRY AGED MINCE MEAT FROM US , ROMAN LETUCE, TOMATO , SAUCE & FRIES.
SAUCE ; ONION, PICKLES, KETCHUP, MAYO.

Our small veal escalopes filet cooked on our homemade lemon sauce served with Vialone Nano rice.

Description:

Our signature African Curry made with chicken thighs, served with mango chutny with Basmati rice on the side.
