Description:

Our dover sole made "à la plancha" or "Meunière" style.

Ingredients:

Dover Sole, "A la plancha"(Olive oil), "Meunière" (Flour, Clam Stock, Butter, Olive Oil, Sea Salt, Pepper, Lemon).

Gluten, Fish, Dairy (if Meunière Style), Molluscs (clam stock)

Dover Sole seared and pan fried with the concerned ingredients.

Florentine King Salmon.

Description:

Our Norwegian king salmon "a la Florentine" served with poached leeks dressed with beurre blanc sauce and Oscietra Caviar.

Ingredients:

Salmon Fillet, Leek, Chives, Butter, WHITE BUTTER-Beurre Blanc Sauce ( White Butter, White Vinegar, Bay Leaves, Double Cream, Salt, Shallots, Confit Leeks, Fried Leeks, Vinegar reduction).
